I’m a Northern Minnesota photographer with deep roots in the hockey scene and six years of experience capturing the game from the stands, the glass, and the chaos of the rink. What started as a hobby quickly turned into a passion for freezing fast plays, raw emotion, and the moments that matter most on the ice. I sharpened my eye early in high school photography classes, back when photography meant developing actual film in a darkroom—learning light, timing, and patience the hard way. Today, I bring that foundation into a more professional sports photography role, combining technical skill with real rink awareness. From youth and high school hockey on the Iron Range to lifestyle and portrait work, I create images that feel authentic, powerful, and true to the game and life in general.
